Has your Order Processed for Shipment?
Orders typically ship out within 7 days. Once the processing time-frame is complete, you will be receiving your shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's site once received.
If the applicable processing time has passed for the shipping method you chose for your order, please contact us so that we can look into this for you!

delivery date we said it would be delivered by.

track orders from your account
I received a faulty item(s), what do I do?
We want to make this right for you so please contact us here(hyperlink
firstname.lastname@example.org with header faulty if possible) so that we can
assist you. Please be sure to provide us with the following information:
Provide the order number associated with the item(s) in question
Provide clear photo(s) of the damaged/defective item(s)
A detailed description of the issue with the item(s)
You will need to report your faulty or damaged item(s) received within 7
days of your package delivery date.
Does CEE Wear offer Refunds?
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used on an order in
the event that your order:
You received a damaged or defective
I want to return items from my order, can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds however we would like to make things right and appreciate you giving us the chance to do so.
I received a partial refund after placing my order, what is this for?
One or more of your items may have sold out since your order was processed.
